Girls who have answered the graduate exam in Bihar will no longer have to wait much to get the benefits of the government’s scheme. The government will soon send 50-50 thousand rupees to these girls in their bank accounts. A portal has been created for this. A format has been made available on the website for online application, which has a column. When the student who passed the graduate applied, on which date the application was recommended to the concerned university from her college and again, whether the university has given it to the education department after checking it within a week, all this will be visible to the department on the website.
Incentive amount to graduate pass girls from various universities of the state will be sent to their account soon. The Directorate of Higher Education has made arrangements for taking applications from girl students on the website. The applications received on the website will be scrutinized and then incentive amount will be provided on the basis of that. The Education Department has allocated 32 crores 14 lakhs for this.
If there is a delay in the scrutiny of those applications, the portal will keep reminding the concerned university officials, warning them. In the universities of the state, the applications of about 1.5 lakh girl students are still pending for verification. Vice-Chancellors and Registrars are being warned repeatedly to check pending applications from the departmental level.
